Scope
The City of Sydney hired a consultant and subconsultant team to provide full design, documentation, construction and post construction stage services for Gunyama Park and Green Square Aquatic Centre.. The park and aquatic centre will be a key focal point of the Epsom Park precinct and sit adjacent to Green Square Town Centre, a future high density hub with community facilities, public transport, open space, retail and commercial spaces.

- Provided input into a Health and Fitness Centre Study
- Provided input into a Materials Palette Study
- Undertook a detailed literature review
- Carried out detailed consultation with Council staff and key stakeholders
