Scope
Beveridge Williams required a review of open space provision proposed at 105 Smiths Lane, Clyde North, forming part of the Draft Thompsons Road PSP. To undertake the project, the open space provision proposed required review, as well as a review of the adjacent Draft Clyde North PSP, and wider assessments of examples where similar open space provision had been provided elsewhere.
What we did
- Reviewed state and local government context and relevant PSPs, structure plans and supporting documentation
- Undertook a detailed catchment analysis of adjacent areas and surrounding PSPs
- Reviewed the proposed location of open space
- Completed high level projections of likely sports open space demand
