Scope
Towong Shire needed assistance in developing a high level master plan for the Corryong swimming pool for the purposes of seeking funding. The project consisted of the development of a master plan along with a community engagement workshop
What we did
- Carried out separate community and Council staff workshops
- Completed detailed technical assessments of infrastructure
- Assessed the demand for recreation facilities for the estimated future population
- Carried out detailed consultation with Council staff, key stakeholders and the general community
- Provided a summary and recommendations of key elements discovered throughout the project
